Search Process

Much like the systematic process of drug development, our search process follows several critical phases that bring us to the Hire Stage.

Search Strategy & Needs Assessment

The foundation for the entire search process is laid in this initial phase. Dialog starts with stakeholders who have direct interest in the position to be filled and who will ultimately participate in the interviews. This process begins with a detailed discussion of the critical business issues that the recruitment will address and the essential requirements of the position.

Talent Sourcing

The goal at this stage is to identify desired prospects and bring them to the attention of our client. Consequently, our efforts are not restricted to readily accessible candidates. An extensive cross-reference network of health care contacts provides us with targeted referrals to supplement our extensive database.

With no compelling reason to seek a new position, candidates may be understandably reluctant to jeopardize their present position by pursuing other options. In most cases, this reluctance can be negated by ensuring total confidentiality, thereby eliminating the threat to job security. After the interview, debriefings are conducted with both parties to aid in making a decision on whether they want to continue the process, and eventually extend or accept an offer.
